WORRAY!!!!

Thanks to your support we produced DWISS M2, the most innovative automatic Swiss watch in a crowdfunding campaign and GOLD WINNER in the luxury goods category at the EUROPEAN PRODUCT DESIGN AWARD.  The awards reception will be hosted at the European Parliament in Brussels in April 2017.

Hello friends!!!

We are shipping more watches this week and we already sent the communication for the backers who will get M2 this week. If you got the communication and it’s all right you don’t need to do anything and will be receiving the tracking number soon.

We have already completed the deliver of few models as you can see. The latest ones will be the SSB and SSW, but we will begin to start shipping some this week.

If you know how the delivery works you can jump and go directly to the week numbers below. If you don’t know, read about it here:

We are shipping according to the backers order and the models that are ready. The numbers showed here represent the last backer that got the watch (or will get this week). If you got more than one watch and are included in this list, but haven’t received any communication yet, it is because one of your watches is still not available according to the backers order.

Please note that this communication doesn’t show topgrade or elabore movement. All the ODD numbers are top grade; all the EVEN numbers are elabore. The bracelets are not being delivered with the watches because they are in further delay. We expect to get them in the end of March and they will be shipped separately without costs.

Delivery #3 and the strap change

STRAP CHANGE

IMPORTANT: We first want to advice everyone that already got the watch that changing the strap is difficult and we always suggest a professional to take care of it. If you want to change your own strap you should use a normal allen key (hex key). Please be aware that any change is the responsibility of the owner, we do not guarantee any break, lost, damage during this change. If you are not sure you can do it, or how to do it, call a professional. DO NOT tighten the screw too much because it’s a very delicate piece and can get damaged and broke if overtighten.

Fellow backers, over the weekend we sent a communication to the backers to whom the watches are being shipped this week. We first sent a notification to control that the information we have is correct, such as name, address, email, phone, order, etc. If it is alright, you don’t need to confirm anything, if there’s something wrong, please communicate to us. After that we will send the tracking, wait for it.

Please note that this notification doesn’t show topgrade or elabore movement. All the ODD numbers are top grade; all the EVEN numbers are elabore. The bracelets are not being delivered with the watches because they are in further delay. We expect to get them on the end of March. Sorry for repeating these two points all the time but we always get some questions about them.

So if you have chosen one of these models and are among these numbers, your watch is with you or coming to you. If you have two or more watches and we did not delivery is because one of your watches were not available in your backer order.

We did the first delivery on the 3rd week of 2017. We are shipping every two weeks from there on, so we did the second delivery in the 5th week of the year, and the third one on the 7th week (this week). Next shipment will be on the 9th week and so on until we finish all orders. In this fourth shipment we will ship some SSW models, this models were the latest ones to get in production line.
